Ramada Hotel And Suites Seoul Namdaemun

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right in the midst of the downtown and business area, and adjacent to the Namdaemun market. The metro is only a few minutes walk, making it so convenient to travel anywhere in this city. The staff here are extremely hospitable and professional, with excellent service for airport transport, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and more. The room amenities are all top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the in-room safe, with a wonderful restaurant and bar area. The staff was especially helpful with assisting our check-in and airport shuttle, making our trip so much smoother.

Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city, as this venue offers unbeatable service, facilities, and amenities, without compromising on quality or location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites! The location was perfect for us, just a short walk away from Seoul station, Namdaemun markets, and Myeongdong shopping district. The convenience of having the airport bus right at the door was a huge plus for us. The room itself, especially Room 719, exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the hot summer days. The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the adorable little old lady in charge of cleaning the 7th floor. The currency exchange at the front desk was convenient and offered a fair rate. we had a fantastic experience at Ramada Hotel & Suites.

We felt safe and secure during our stay and didn't have anything to complain about.

The staff were friendly and always eager to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to Seoul Station and City Hall metro station. There were also plenty of eateries and restaurants in the area, including a food court at Baseline 1.

Our family room only had one chair, difficult for all of us to sit comfortably. the lighting in the room was quite poor, with broken floor lamps.

The venue overall was a little outdated, however it had good location and staff.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to the main shopping area and many tourist attractions. The hotel is also situated near Seoul Central railway station and multiple subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel, including the counter and hotel staff, were helpful and kind. we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the subway station, made getting around the city hassle-free.

The room was fantastic, clean, quiet, safe, and spacious. Foreigner-friendly gadgets included a currency transformer and cell phone. The staff provided world-class customer service and spoke multiple languages with a smile. The hotel had convenient amenities like free Wi-Fi, comfy bed and pillows, and a bathroom with a tub. The location was minutes away from attractions.

The room at Ramada Hotel was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living room area. The location was convenient, close to shopping areas and the KAL Limousine bus stop. The staff gladly stored our bags while we explored Seoul. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
